Ordering Cakes & Cupcakes

All cake flavors below can be made into cupcakes. Prices will vary depending on individual ingredients, size, and availability of seasonal ingredients. Please fill out an order form below for your interest.

Ethan's Loves Chocolate & Vanilla

The baker's son's #1 choice! Classic chocolate cake with whipped fluffy white frosting. Customize with your theme colors or design!

Light and Fluffy Vanilla

Classic vanilla cake with light and fluffy white vanilla frosting. Customize with your writing, theme colors or design!
Alternate: Somewhere Over the Rainbow
Cake: Vanilla cake with ombre rainbow colors and a sky blue top, or rainbow color design of your choice. Cupcakes are a vanilla cupcake with rainbow swirl.

Vita's Chocolate Obsession!

Baker's Choice! Rich chocolate cake with dark chocolate chip morsels and chocolate frosting and dark chocolate ganache topping. Optional: Add our chocolate donuts or chocolate vegan candies (when available) for an additional fee.

Peanut Butter Cup!

Chocolate cake with chocolate peanut butter frosting and crushed peanut butter cup on top :)

Mmm S'mores!

Golden vanilla cake topped with crushed graham crackers, chocolate ganache and filled with marshmallow, graham cracker and chocolate filling. Cupcakes can be made with ganache and mini s’mores on top or chocolate frosting with marshmallow and graham cracker on top =D

Cookies n’ creme!

Chocolate cake with cookies baked into the batter, crushed cookies in the vanilla frosting and topped with cookie crumb with a chocolate ganache drip!

Laurenbelle's Caramel

Chocolate cake with salted coconut caramel (dulce de leche) glaze in between layers of vanilla frosting and chocolate ganache, decorated with chocolate ganache and caramel drizzle.

Irish Potato cake

(stock image) Around St. Paddys day you can get this coconut and cinnamon treat in the DE/MD/PA region. Sweet cinnamon cake with coconut shreds and coconut cream cheeze frosting with cinnamon sprinkled on top!

joann’s angelic carrot

Joann's Angelic Carrot Cake! Joann was one of my first customers and the first to request carrot cake cupcakes! I made these just for her and she found them heavenly. Carrot cake with cream cheese frosting! (Contains walnuts)

Dana’s Red Wine Cake

(Check Availability) Dana's a true romantic! She suggested the classic combination of dark chocolate and red wine cake with ganache topping.

apple cider cake

(Fall Season Only) Fall favorite cake involving apple butter, apple cider, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice with either whipped vanilla frosting or apple crumb topping.

My name is Evangelina,
I've been vegan since the year 2000. I started baking immediately because of my major sweet tooth and what followed was LOTS and lots of failed, falling apart cakes! Honestly, I never really cared. I was the only one eating my cakes! But when my son was born in 2002 and we started having birthday parties, I felt the pressure of having to bake a vegan birthday cake that all of my non-vegan friends would love.

The first two years were disasters. In fact, I remember purchasing non-vegan cakes (!?!?!) for my friends and making a small vegan cake for myself and my son just to avoid embarrassment of no one liking my cakes.

I dug my heels in and started reading cookbooks. My favorites were How it All Vegan and Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World. I learned what the different ingredients do in the cakes and what ingredients work best for what result. By the time my son went to school I had aced those vegan cupcakes! (Still working on my whole cake skills..) and I was sending cupcakes in to school with him for birthday parties that made the other kids jealous instead of him being "that vegan kid" who couldn't have any treats.

As the years passed I learned how to make more items and friends were asking me to bake for them. I decided to start selling cupcakes on the side to make extra money until 2014 when I decided to go ahead and take that leap of faith, leaving my corporate job and starting my own vegan business.

In 2015 I started selling to Fresh Thymes Cafe, Drop Squad Kitchen, Cafe 67 in Newark, and custom orders directly to the consumer as well as participating in Veg Fests.

My dream with this business is to make amazingly delicious vegan desserts that are more accessible and more affordable!
